How to log in Queries or Complaints

Queries - All queries  in relation to invoice payment should be addressed to the  Financial Accountant.  The query will be solved within a period of one to two days depending on the nature of the query. The Finance Department will endeavor to communicate with the Service Provider at all times during the query resolution.

 

Complaints - If you are unhappy about the management of your claim, you can make a complaint. You can lodge a complaint in the form of writing and your concerns will be considered in our own internal Complaint Resolution.
